Vivo v60 has an elegant new design when compared to V50, and its screen is a 6.67 inch AMOLED display that has a flat bezel, not curved. There are superior variants that come up with a quad-curve screen variant .
The back is adorned with the oval/pill-shaped camera, comprising two sensors at the back and another lens in sight, all of them under the ZEISS branding. The textured back of the matte or glossy Mist Grey, Moonlit Blue or Auspicious Gold is placed on the back panel.

Performance & Software :
Its core is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset powered by the Adreno GPU, which is efficient and suitable to perform multitasks, games, and AI tasks.
RAM and storage should go between 8 GB + 256 GB and 12 GB + 512 GB; and should most probably use UFS 2.2 or 3.1 technology.
Software, Vivo is reportedly selling the V60 with the FuntouchOS 16 on top of Android 16, or perhaps launching OriginOS, built on Android 16, in India, as well, which is cleaner and more polished than before.
camera Capabilities :
Rear: 3-camera system that was co-developed with ZEISS optics and is equivalent to:
- 50(MP) main sensor (wide angle)
- 8 MP ultrawide camera
- 50 MP Plastic telephoto and 3 OZ lens periscope sensor
These enhance features such as HDR video recording, and burst shooting.
Front Camera (selfie): A 50MP selfie camera, designed to deliver sharp and detailed portrait shots and video calls .Whether on video calls or taking portraits, the front camera aims precision and detail seen in a higher-quality photograph .Slimmer, finer interface than previous versions.
Battery & Charging :
Under the hood is a gigantic 6,500 mAh battery that provides a long stand-by duration when powering through labor-intensive activities such as gaming, streaming, and long phone calls.
Charging is taken care of by 90 W wired FlashCharge, which is claimed to charge significant battery levels in less than 30 minutes. Even rumors speak about 100W fast charging in some of them.
Other features such as reverse charging and intelligent mode of power management can be also incorporated.
The target of the Vivo V60 is to change the standards of mid-range:
- A durable battery that can quickly charge.
- Camera system, hand picked in ZEISS quality.
- It has a clean user interface that does not have any bloat.
That makes it a very good choice against such structures as OnePlus 12R, iQOO Neo 9 Pro, and other mid-premium rivals.
This is because the smartphone market in India is highly saturated with cheap copycat models which drive on price, and Vivo seems to be focusing on people-focused experiences, e.g., durability, reliability, and reliable optics, instead of specs chasing each other in a cycle of fashion as before.

Its good looks, laudable IP rating and well-planned pricing further strengthen its competitiveness in the mid-premium market.
In case Vivo matches these details that have been rumored when the phone launches, the V60 might well establish a new standard in this price segment. These specs should be able to get a look at the official event in August to ascertain how well they correspond to the end product.
